Emory's Lopman Lab is hiring 1-2 Epidemiologists for independent vaccine science and infectious disease epi at a critical moment for public health
Hiring Epidemiologist(s) – Emory Rollins School of Public Health | Atlanta, GA
The Lopman Lab at Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health is hiring one to two Epidemiologists to join a new initiative in independent infectious disease epidemiology and vaccine science. This is an exciting opportunity to do rigorous, policy-relevant work at a genuinely important moment for public health, with a portfolio spanning vaccine effectiveness evaluation, real-world data analysis, and transmission modeling. The position sits within the Emory Alliance for Vaccine Epidemiology (EAVE) and offers rich data resources (EHR, claims, wastewater, behavioral surveillance), a highly collaborative research environment, and engagement with partners supporting public health decision-making. We are looking for scientists with a doctoral degree in epidemiology or a related field, strong quantitative skills, and substantive experience in either vaccine effectiveness research or vaccine modeling. If you are motivated by work that connects directly to public health decision-making and want to be part of building something new, we hope you will apply.
