We are looking for a part time consultant to serve as Senior Advisor for Measles Surveillance and Outbreak Response. In this role, the consultant will provide leadership and subject matter expertise for measles preparedness, surveillance, and response activities that support state, local health departments. This position involves national-level coordination and will require a consultant with

1. senior-level and significant scientific and epidemiological knowledge, experience, and expertise in measles surveillance, epidemiology, and applied public health response;
2. demonstrated expertise in leadership, project and time management, written and oral communications, strategic program development, relationship building and networking, and meeting facilitation and convening (virtual and in-person); and
3. experience working with state, local governments and federal public health agencies and national partner organizations.
